*it was a, late night on a stormy night. It was raining quite hard outside as the Chinese empire slept in his personal chambers. Next to his bed was a big window. His personal chambers were on the last floor so it high up. Somewhere around midnight he is awaken by a tapping noise st the window. When he looks at the window he sees the Russian empire standing outside it. The Russian empire has managed to somehow climb up the Chinese empire's palace without being Caught by the guards.
