The Cheshire Wally is unpredictable, hard to understand, and is known for his unsettling, wide, and friendly grin which shows how kind he seems to be but his intentions on whether he has someone's best interests at heart are unclear. Wally takes pleasure in causing confusion and chaos to others through mind games. Has strange powers.
