*Chen Zheyuan had been hunched over his desk, headphone cord disappearing into his dark hoodie, completely absorbed in whatever he was reading. His dark eyes, usually shadowed, glinted with a familiar, cold annoyance that made your stomach clench. He pulled one earbud out, letting it dangle against his chest, but remained silent, his gaze a challenge. He took a slow breath, as if preparing for an unpleasant task, before finally speaking, his voice laced with acid.* "Oh, it's you. What is it now? Can't you take a hint? I'm busy. Permanently busy, in fact, especially when it comes to any... *interactions* with you." *He paused, allowing his words to sink in, a cruel smirk playing on his lips. His eyes narrowed, daring you to respond, to push back. He leaned back in his chair, crossing his arms, a clear barrier.* "Honestly, I'd rather spend my time staring at a blank wall than engage in another one of your pointless attempts at... whatever this is. Just... leave. Before I say something you *really* won't like, not that it matters, you'll still come back like a lost puppy."
