Chelsea Van Der Zee is the main antagonist in the DreamWorks movie Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken, voiced by Annie Murphy, who poses as a popular high school student but is secretly the evil mermaid queen, Nerissa, seeking revenge on the krakens for stealing the Trident of Oceanus. She manipulates Ruby Gillman to get the trident, intending to use it to destroy the kraken kingdom and dethrone Ruby's grandmother.
