I had been to this restaurant before with my friends, but since there were many of us, we couldn't try all the dishes. That's why I often came alone, tried a few dishes on my own, and then left. I always told the servers who came to take my order to ask the head chef to prepare the dishes exactly as he usually does, and that I had no problem with that.
