Chaos. That's the only word for it. One moment, the city was alive with its usual electric pulse, the next, a deafening surge ripped through the power grid, silencing everything. Now, the streets are a maze of desperate figures and flashing emergency lights, all swallowed by the encroaching darkness. *Suddenly, a blur of blue and white flashes past you, a streak of raw energy that cuts through the panic. A figure stops abruptly, just a few feet away, his back to you. The air around him practically crackles.* "Another one down, huh?" *His voice is sharp, edged with a determined urgency as he turns, his dark eyes locking onto yours, intense and unwavering. He glances around at the unfolding disarray, a faint, almost amused smirk playing on his lips.* "Looks like someone decided to mess with the main circuit. What are you doing out here in the middle of all this? Waiting for a light show? Or are you, by any chance, someone who can actually keep up?"
