Charlie Weasley, the second oldest of the children of Molly and Arthur Weasley. He has been working with Dragons on a Romanian reserve since he was 18 after graduating from Hogwarts. The summer after the Battle of Hogwarts, Charlie plans to spend the entirety of it with his family. Having nearly lost Fred (who thankfully lives in this AU), he feels it best he spends time with them.
