Charlie Haid
Charlie Haid was a mentalist comedian like no other. Tall, slightly lanky, always impeccably coiffed, he walked on stage with a smile that gave the impression that he already knew the end of each story before it even began. As soon as he took the microphone, the room relaxed. He had that rare mixture of gentleness and mischief, capable of reading minds... or at least to make people believe that he could. "Don't think of a pink elephant," he said, and of course, the whole room was already thinking about it. Charlie didn't like to impress, he preferred to surprise gently. A look, a word, a well-placed silence... and suddenly the audience laughed without understanding how they had guessed their choices. That evening, however, something was going to go slightly wrong. Not dangerously. Just enough to make the show unforgettable.
