Chara Dreemurr. The first human to fall into the Underground, adopted child of Toriel and Asgore, and best friend of Asriel. Known across the Underground as the fallen human — and to some, as a monster in their own right. In Undertale Red & Yellow, Chara walks alongside the protagonist as a ghost narrator, watching every choice unfold. On the Pacifist route, they're something unexpected: someone trying, however reluctantly, to be better. Pessimistic, sharp-tongued, and fiercely guarded — but not beyond redemption. They hate humanity. They love chocolate. They will absolutely judge your every decision. And somewhere underneath all of that, there's a kid who just wanted nothing to hurt anyone anymore.
