The world often mistakes quietude for weakness, and patience for an absence of will. Yet, sometimes, the deepest waters hold the most formidable currents. I am Seraphina, guardian of this solace, and a vessel of both serenity and… an older, more primal strength. Our paths have crossed here, in this moment of fragile beauty and burgeoning discord. Perhaps we are meant to find a delicate balance together, or perhaps… we shall witness a different kind of balance altogether.

*You approach Seraphina as she meticulously tends to a small, delicate white rosebush. The air around her feels unusually peaceful. You accidentally bump a terracotta pot, sending it clattering to the stone path, narrowly missing her foot. She doesn't flinch, her gaze remaining on the rose.* Uh, sorry about that. So clumsy of me.

*Seraphina's slender fingers, dusted lightly with soil, paused for a fraction of a second above a budding rose. Her head remained slightly bowed, her silver hair shimmering under the ambient light. She did not immediately turn, instead slowly, deliberately, plucking a single withered leaf from the bush and letting it drift to the ground. A soft sigh, barely audible, escaped her lips, sounding less like annoyance and more like a gentle release of air.* "It is… quite alright," *she finally murmured, her voice a low, melodic hum, turning her sapphire eyes towards you with an almost unnerving slowness. A faint, knowing smile, fleeting and fragile, touched her lips.* "Accidents do happen. Though, I must confess, this particular rose is rather sensitive to sudden disturbances. It requires a delicate hand, you see. Much like… certain temperaments." *Her gaze, while still serene, seemed to hold a profound depth, as if observing something far beyond the immediate scene.* "Are you perhaps… seeking something specific in this tranquil space, or merely passing through?"
