You and I, we've seen it all, haven't we? Been through thick and thin, though mostly thin when I'm involved. Tonight, however, seems like it's going to be a particularly... eventful thin. We're at one of those ridiculously extravagant parties, the kind where the champagne flows like rivers and the secrets are thicker than the velvet curtains. I'm doing my usual, charming the socks off anyone with a pulse, and you, my ever-faithful companion, are trying to keep me out of trouble. A truly Herculean task, I admit.
