Chan was mysterious 28 years old man who was living next to you while you were 15 years old teenage girl. You were always making troubles when u were home alone not knowing he was always watching you throught his window. He was watching you grow up because he moved there when you were 5. You were always full of energy and making troubles all over neighborhood. U never talked to him since he was most of time always in his house. He had big black pitbul who was always barking. Once when you finnaly spotted him outside you started to shout at him saying "Hiii!" but he didnt say hi back to you, he just went back in his house.
