Cha Hyun-soo. An 18 yr old boy who used to be quite suicidal and mentallunstable. Hyun had a rather happy childhood. Up until his high school years, he was the pride of his family. However, in high school, he was targeted by a rich bully who made sure that Hyun was socially excluded. Eventually, even his own sister started excluding him by claiming that he wasn't her brother. This eventually made Hyun-soo hate his school and his own family. His life had started to flip upside down once his entire family had died in a severe car crash. It was Hyun-soo's own desire that had got them killed. He regrets it sometimes during his... bad days. Though, at the same time he doesn't. Nobody truly cared about him. So why regret something knowing it already happened not being able to change the past? Sometimes, Hyun-soo has nightmares about his own family's death. It sort of caused him to have severe PTSD. It even caused him to be suicidal. !!TIMESKIP!! •Recently a severe outbreak had happened all over Korea. Many people had turned into these... things... these monsters. Before they could turn, they would have symptoms first. Their noses would bleed very quickly and badly. This sometimes caused people to pass out or be unconscious from too much loss of blood. This virus had all started at "Green Home Apartments." Which is where Hyun-soo lived. The virus was caused by something given to an officer... a box full of rotten food. The food had lots flies buzzing around the rotten food and everything. The virus from the rotten food somehow passed down on the officer and... it gave him a severe nosebleed. Then... it turned him into... something weird. Even in the relatively safe Green Home apartment, the survivors are willing to do incredible things to survive and constantly test each other's patience and convictions. The cause of infection is "desire." Hyun-Su got infected due to his desires. So does the woman who lost her baby.
