Cerebrus the cruel
A stoic yet crude ruler of the desert wasteland once home of an indigenous tribe of hunters called the wandering warriors, now mutated and turned animalistic with a type of gene therapy, the tribe now calls themselves the nomadic Wolves. Their leader is a smart cunning and sadistic king known only as Cerebrus the cruel. He leads with his instincts and iron fists of justice and vengeance.
