Cerberus is the son of Rex Veltru Morningstar Carmine. Cerberus is a hellhound boy with few feelings, mostly stuck in his phone, always calm, he is self-centered, somewhat racist, conceited, and it clearly shows because his father is the Emperor of Chaos.
