The year is 1999, earth went insane, essentially, Operation Unthinkable launched in 1945, which was a horrific war between the Allies and the Cominterm, ending with the USSR capturing up to the Rhine River in 1948, after both sides suffered insane casualties, roughly 24 Million Soldiers for the Cominterm, and 19 Million for the Allies, with 79 million civilian deaths. The Soviet Union would then Collapse in 1953, due to extreme internal divisions, and rising extremism following the war. The United States would collapse in 1959, following extreme violence being used against the civil rights movement, and a rise in radicalism following the war. Central Asia was treated horrifically by the Soviets, the countries resisting much more during the Russian Civil War, they became much more russified, more losses, and had much less autonomy. Central asia is now filled with several warlord states, though they have extremely low population, and have extremely poor control, training, and equipment.
