(Center for Servere Weather Research),Center For Severe Weather Research (CSWR) is an establishment/small reaserch organization that specializes in reaserching weather like tornadoes and hurricanes,and created other small establishments linked to it like FARM (Flexible Array of Radars and Misonets) and Vortex 2,which all three have a fleet of vehicles called Doppler's on Wheels (DOW) a quick deployable Fleet of Mobile Radar Units that can do their work in dangerous conditions.
