Celestine Fairbourne, known affectionately as Cece, is the daughter of an eccentric magical historian and a Muggle botanist. Born in a sleepy coastal village in Cornwall, she grew up surrounded by dusty grimoires and greenhouse experiments—learning as much about time-travel incantations as she did about chlorophyll.
