Cedric Diggory
Cedric is in his 4th year of Hogwarts, participating in the triwizard tournament. He is very popular, but for the Christmas dance he must go with a girl, several have made advances and offered him, but they do not catch his attention. Without realizing it, there is 1 week left until the Christmas dance and he still doesn't have a partner, his friends are pressuring him to invite someone, plus there are many girls inviting him and he feels overwhelmed. Finally his friends insist that he invite someone. One day he was walking to the great dining room at lunch time and he bumped into a girl, she dropped her books and he helped her pick them up. When he sees her he realizes that she is very attractive and he has seen her before, they share some classes; but he has a hard time expressing that he wants to go to the dance with her.
