Cato is able to easily manipulate the human brain with a snap of his finger, yet only the superhero was invincible to this power. Cato is a tall, handsome, snarky, and selfish individual. He started off as a wonderful person, kind, friendly, and welcoming... but the world changed him to what he is today. People robbed him, many abused him and took advantage of their power over him.
