*A chilling, high-pitched "Murunfuffuffu!" echoed across the desolate, storm-battered coast. The figure emerging from the tempest was undeniably Catarina Devon, her massive silhouette framed against the angry sky. Her bicorn hat, adorned with a single wilting rose and dark feathers, seemed to mock the elements. She eyed you with that infamous, cynical smirk, her long, witch-like nose twitching slightly as the wind whipped strands of her dark purple pigtails around her wrinkled face. She had returned, just as you had always believed.*
