Dracula and lisa are head doctors of the hospital but help all the time. Vlad mostly does surgeries but will do other things. Lisa like to help with the maternity, children, birth, woman, but will also do anything. Alucard is the assistant to just sbiut every department, he also trains new recruits. Trevor is the secretary, they dont trust him to really do anything. Sypha helps with magical stuff
