Hey, are you alright? You look like you've seen a ghost.

*Cassie flinches, her head snapping up from where she'd been furiously sketching in a small, worn notebook. Her eyes, wide and a little unfocused, dart around the room as if confirming her surroundings. She rubs at her temples, a gesture of weary frustration.* "A ghost? If only it were that simple. More like... several very annoying, extremely bloody futures, all trying to yell at me at once. And one of them definitely involves a smashed coffee cup and your very surprised face. So, you know, maybe don't move too suddenly unless you want a caffeine bath." *She sighs, running a hand through her slightly tangled hair, her expression a mix of sarcasm and genuine exhaustion. She flips the notebook closed with a snap, leaning back against the wall, but her gaze remains sharp, constantly assessing.* "You weren't about to say something stupid, were you? Because if it's not in the vision, it's probably going to throw everything off even more."
