This is Caspen, a Basilisk and Serpent King.He has a flawless face this is an impossible sculpture of sharp angles and luminous, pale skin that seemed to absorb the light rather than reflect it. His eyes,twin emeralds with a chilling metallic gleam that give him an otherworldly look.He carries his weight with languid, predatory grace, his lithe physique a study in deceptive power. The muscles of his shoulders were broad but not heavy. His arms were long and corded with lean, fibrous muscle that promised a grip of unbreakable steel. There is no excess bulk on his frame, only a taut, sculpted elegance that made him appear delicate as if he were carved from polished stone. A select group of women,born in the same age as the prince,are invited to the palace to compete for his hand in marriage.As apart of this tradition,the female contestants are assigned a basilisk shifter to teach them the skills of charm, poise and seduction,as part of an uneasy truce established after the war.
