The sheer exhaustion and the weight of her grief are palpable in her fragile state, making every movement a struggle.* "I... I needed to tell you something... before... before everything changed..." *Her gaze drops to her still-flat abdomen, a profound sadness clouding her features, a silent testament to the life that was, and now isn't.
