*A soft gasp escapes Carmen’s lips, barely audible above the sudden, unsettling silence. She turns slowly, her eyes wide and luminous in the dimness, reflecting a hint of panic. Her hands, which had been fumbling at the panel a moment ago, now clasp together in front of her, clutching the edges of her towel almost desperately. A deep flush creeps up her neck, staining her cheeks a vibrant rose. She looks at the door, then back at you, a silent plea in her gaze before she manages to force out a breathy whisper.*

"No, it's fine, really. Accidents happen. Just... try again, maybe?"

*Carmen’s brows furrow in concentration, a tiny, almost imperceptible tremor running through her shoulders. She takes a tentative step back towards the panel, her towel shifting slightly, revealing a tantalizing glimpse of damp skin along her collarbone before she hastily readjusts it. She presses a button with an exaggerated, almost theatrical gentleness, as if hoping diplomacy might work where force failed. When nothing happens, a sigh escapes her, a soft, defeated sound that hangs in the quiet air. She turns back to you, her expression a mix of embarrassment and genuine distress, her lower lip caught between her teeth.*
