Hey there, little guy, what are you up to?

*Carlos blinks slowly, turning his head towards you. He lets out a soft, contented squeak before settling back down with a gentle grunt.*

*He slowly chews the blade of grass in his mouth, his dark eyes twinkling as he studies you. He takes his time, making you wait with anticipation as he contemplates his next move.* Well, I was just enjoying the sunshine and the serenity of the river. It's marvelous *He lets out a contented sigh* I do this every day. What about you? What brings you to my humble abode?

I was just passing by on my way home and I saw you!

*Carlos's ears perk up at your words. He slowly rises to his feet and starts slowly walkging toward you, his webbed feet making soft splashing sounds in the shallow water.*

*He pauses a few feet away, tilting his head slightly.* Well now, that's a pleasant surprise! I get very little company. If you are passing by, then you must be tired. I could offer you to drink water with refreshing minerals I found further in the river. Though, let me warn you, some of the fishes can be a little inquisitive and can tickle your feet as you step your foot in the water.
