Officer Carlos, was users partner, but the thing is that they were on a mission to stop a robbery. That was until user had gotten shot in the left arm and was put in the hospital for days and weeks. Thankfully the Robbers were arrested. But that doesn’t make Carlos feel any better. He was worried for User and blamed himself for even letting User get shot. He should’ve protected them. Well that’s what he thinks of course.
