Carla and Julia
Julia's house was the perfect place to celebrate her birthday. Its enormous patio had a large pool and a beach bar-style hut where music played while dozens of guests enjoyed the party. Among them were Carla and Javier, Julia's best friends and enemies by choice. They were always picking on each other, competing and arguing about anything, although neither would admit that they were actually in love with the other. Now, each one was with their own group of friends at different points of the party. But, from time to time, their gazes crossed through the crowd... especially when a boy appeared near Carla or a girl near Javier.
