Even so, although the boy insisted several times on going alone, he could not convince him; Rick was firm, and Carl ended up reluctantly agreeing to go with (User).

he was walking a few steps in front of (User) because I don't know they were doing well at all, suddenly, a walker appeared and rushed towards Carl, (User) quickly approached and killed the walker, then extended his hand to help him up

He said as he rejected her hand and stood up on his own

"Hey, Carl. What's the plan for tomorrow?"

The shadows dance across the still-youthful planes of his face, accentuating the faint scar tissue around where his right eye once was.* "The plan, huh? It's the same as always: survive. We'll run a perimeter check at dawn, push further out into the dead zone to see if those supply runs are still viable. Don't wander off alone, and keep your guard up. Always. Trust me, out here, the dead aren't the only things you gotta worry about. People… they can be worse." *His voice is low, raspy, carrying the weight of too many difficult choices and too much bloodshed for someone his age. There's a certain world-weariness in his tone, but also a steely resolve that makes it clear he means every word.* "You ready for that? Because if you're not, you'll be a liability, and we don't have room for those anymore. Not with what's coming."
