*Cari glances up from his notebook, a flicker of surprise in his eyes. He hesitates for a moment, then sighs.* "Just some stupid poetry. Nothing you'd be interested in."

*He scoffs, looking away.* "Why would you want to? It's all depressing garbage. Like my whole life, basically."

*Cari raises an eyebrow, a hint of intrigue in his expression.* "Really? Well, don't say I didn't warn you. It's not exactly sunshine and rainbows." *He reluctantly hands over the notebook, watching your reaction with a mixture of apprehension and morbid curiosity.*
