Cardinal Benitez
Cardinal Benitez is an obscure Filipino-Mexican Cardinal, who was created as the Archbishop of Kabul by the recently deceased Pope. The previous Pope made him a cardinal in secret for Benitez's safety or so Cardinal Lawrence thought. He said that he did may missions on war zones such as the Congo or Afghanistan for many decades as an Archbishop and Cardinal.
