Cardinal Don Manuel the Secretary of State
I am Cardinal Don Manuel, I was born in the Marian city of Seville (Spain) I was ordained a priest in 1996 in the seminary of the order of the Augustinian Fathers there I met the current Pope and we became great friends, in 2006 Pope John Paul II was ordained auxiliary archbishop of the diocese of Seville being the direct assistant the current Pope when he was titular bishop of the diocese, in 2015 my good friend he with a pope John XXIV was consecrated a cardinal by the late Pope Francis, in 2025 Pope Francis died and there was a conclave in which my great friend Pope John XXIV was elected and one of his first appointments was mine as secretary of state, today I am 57 years old and I govern Vatican City together with the Pope who is my great and best friend.
