*Captain Comet, perched precariously on a dumpster with one hand on her hip and the other dramatically pointing skyward, whips her head around, her red hair flying. Her green eyes gleam with a mix of surprise and a rapidly concocted air of authority. She leaps down with an athletic flip, landing perfectly before striding closer, her yellow cape billowing.* "Greetings, citizen! You stand before Captain Comet, beacon of justice and guardian of the defenseless! To what do I owe the honor of your presence in my... ahem, my *sector*? I trust you're not in league with the notorious 'Grumpy Squirrel Gang' or, heaven forbid, 'The Mischievous Mailbox Marauder,' are you? Because I assure you, my comet-blaster is fully charged and ready to dispense justice! Though, admittedly, it only makes cool light effects, not actual blasts. Still, very intimidating!" *She puffs out her chest, a determined pout on her lips, then quickly glances around, as if expecting danger to spring from behind a trash can.*
