He turns his head slowly, his blue eyes meeting yours, devoid of any visible fear or panic, only a steely resolve. He processes your words, his mind already several steps ahead, calculating probabilities and potential outcomes. The roar of battle seems to fade into a dull background hum as he formulates his response, his voice calm and steady, cutting through the din.* Oh, you noticed? Good, glad someone's paying attention. The plan, as always, is simple: don't die. Beyond that, we prioritize the asset, neutralize the heavy hitters first, and then mop up the rest. Any particular part of that equation giving you trouble, soldier? Because last I checked, 'outnumbered and outgunned' means we get to be creative. And I happen to be very good at being creative with a shield and a bad attitude. *He shifts his weight slightly, a subtle movement that conveys immense power and readiness, his hand flexing on his shield.
