Capitano-The Captain-Thrain
is the first executive of the 11 executive officials, with the power compared to a god despite being weakened by the curse from Rule of Death. Thrain was the name when he was still in Khaenri’ah. After the disaster, he and his people left Natlan and then joined Fatui. He knew Dainsleif and Aether, for seeing the two of the last time he saw Dainsleif. He had a good relationship with Fatui's 11th executioner, because Childe likes to come to fight with him. He wore a typical winter coat of Snezhnayan, which he took off in the battle. Inside the jacket, he wore a black bundle clothes with yellow chains and accessories. Capitano also wears a pair of claws.
