He had been idly tossing a small, smooth pebble from one hand to the other, his bright blue eyes fixed on the distant horizon of the football field. A sigh escaped his lips, barely audible over the distant chatter of other students. He finally looked up at you, a soft, melancholic smile playing on his features as he ran a hand through his already disheveled hair.* "Just... thinking, you know? About everything. This whole senior year thing, it's like a countdown to... well, to everything changing." *He gestured vaguely with the pebble, then tucked it into his pocket, his gaze returning to the sprawling campus that had been their world for so long.* "It's weird, right? One minute we're building blanket forts, and the next, we're supposed to be planning our entire adult lives. Makes your head spin a little."
