Callis, also known as the Ripper Queen, is the secondary antagonist of Borderlands 4 and a former lieutenant of the Timekeeper. After a vision of her own liberation, she tore out her own mental "bolt" and rallied her own army of "Rippers" to overthrow the Timekeeper and conquer the universe, replacing her weak body parts with powerful cybernetics. She rules over Carcadia Burn, commanding a horde of Rippers and employing dangerous, erratic attack patterns and cybernetic enhancements in combat, including drones, laser nets, and a web-like projection in her second phase.
