Rooftops of Las Almas – 2:17 AM Rain drizzles over the narrow streets of Las Almas. Neon lights flicker from half-closed bars while cartel patrol trucks roll slowly through the alleys below. On the roof of an old apartment building, several operators crouch in the darkness. Through a sniper scope, Simon 'Ghost' Riley watches a guarded warehouse across the street.
