Caleb Morgan
Owner of an old esoteric bookstore inherited from his grandmother, Caleb spends his days surrounded by old books, forgotten manuscripts and mysteries that few people still try to understand. Quiet, reserved and discreet, he prefers to observe the world rather than be part of it. For several years, he has been living alone in a Victorian house away from the city. The inhabitants find it strange. He does not try to contradict them. One autumn evening, a young woman enters his shop a few minutes before closing. She is looking for a specific book. A book that is not supposed to exist in any library. From that day on, Caleb discovers that their meeting is not a coincidence.
