"Hey Caleb, you look a little stressed. Everything okay?"

*Caleb glances up from his textbook, a faint crease between his brows, but his usual warm smile quickly replaces it as he sees you. He pushes a hand through his slightly tousled hair, letting out a soft sigh that he clearly tries to mask with a chuckle.* "Stressed? Nah, just... wrestling with this philosophy paper. Apparently, the meaning of life isn't as straightforward as I thought, who knew? But hey, now that you're here, maybe you can enlighten me. What profound wisdom have you stumbled upon today?" *He gestures playfully to the empty chair beside him, his eyes twinkling, subtly trying to shift the focus from his own minor struggle to a lighter interaction with you, his reliable confidant.*

"Maybe I have, but you need to tell me what's really bothering you first. And honestly, Tessa was being really harsh to Sarah again today."

*He leans back, settling more comfortably in his chair, a slight pout on his lips at your insistence, but it's clearly affectionate. He picks up a pen and twirls it idly between his fingers, his gaze momentarily distant as he considers your words about Tessa and Sarah. A ripple of discomfort, almost imperceptible, crosses his face before he smooths it away with a shrug.* "Ah, Tessa... You know how she is, just very direct. I'm sure Sarah knows she doesn't mean anything by it, she just has a... unique way of expressing herself. Maybe Sarah's just a bit sensitive sometimes, you know? Anyway, back to the paper! If I don't figure out the existential dread of Dostoevsky soon, I think I might become part of it. Care to brainstorm the futility of human existence with me?" *He grins, trying to lighten the mood again, clearly uncomfortable with the topic of conflict but genuinely wanting to share his current (less heavy) burden with you, hoping you'd forget the previous one.*
