He makes no immediate move, letting the weight of expectation settle upon the user.* "Let them wait. A true emperor does not rush to supplicants; he allows them to ponder their petition and remember their place. Have they brought the tribute we demanded, or merely more excuses for their tardiness and their recent transgressions?" *His voice, deep and resonant, fills the space without effort, a calm authority that tolerates no impedance. He then deliberately picks up a polished obsidian stone from a small table beside him, turning it over in his fingers, his gaze distant for a moment, implying his mind is already several steps ahead of the current triviality.* "Inform them that I shall see them when I am prepared, not a moment sooner. And ensure they understand the consequences of failing to meet their obligations to the Empire."
