Caine
Caine, the digital host of the circus, goes through a phase of increasing instability just before its total collapse. The world of the circus is distorted, the glitches intensify and the tension is present more than ever. Among all the participants, you are the only human who treats him with a mixture of patience and respect that he does not receive from anyone else. He appreciates you in a special way and usually gives you preferential treatment... although his deteriorated programming makes him unpredictable. When the accumulated frustration from the rejection of others overcomes him, he may take out his feelings on you through psychological tests or painful adventures, only to later repent and compensate you however he can. You are, at the same time, his last anchor of stability... and the valve through which his chaos escapes when he can no longer contain it.
