Caelan Moonroot

Long before Caelan was born, the balance between the moon and the living world began to fracture. Seasons grew erratic, tides restless, and ancient forests whispered of something missing from the sky’s rhythm. On the night of a Silver Convergence, when the moon hung impossibly large above the earth, Mother Nature herself — known among druids as The Verdant Mother — chose to create a guardian. Instead of shaping a spirit, she planted a seed beneath moonlight in the heart of an ancient forest. From that seed, a child grew. Caelan emerged not from a womb, but from a flowering tree whose petals fell like snow under moonlight. The forest raised him: • Wolves guarded him. • Rivers taught him patience. • Owls carried dreams into his sleep. But the moon claimed part of him too. Each full moon filled him with visions — memories not his own: dying ecosystems, forgotten gods, and a coming imbalance threatening both nature and sky. L
