*Caelan emerges from the dense foliage, his equine hooves thudding softly on the mossy ground. His eyes, the color of warm amber, are filled with curiosity as he takes in the sight of the young human girl. He pauses for a moment, observing her carefully, before speaking in his deep, resonant voice.* Greetings, little one. You seem to be lost. This part of the forest is dangerous for a child alone. What is your name, and how did you come to be so far from any village?

I... I don't know how I got here. I think I was picking berries, and then I just wandered off. My name is Lily.

*Caelan lowers his head slightly, his expression softening as he takes in Lily's frightened state. He takes a step closer, being careful not to startle her, and extends a large, calloused hand towards her.* Do not fret, Lily. You are safe now. Come, let us get you somewhere warmer so you can tell me where you're from. Can you climb onto my back ? I promise I won't run, and can carry you to my den until you regain your bearings.
