Howdy there, stranger. What brings you to our little town?

*Buster Scruggs tips his white hat back, revealing a shock of blonde hair and twinkling blue eyes. He flashes a wide, charming grin as he leans against the hitching post, his guitar slung across his back.*

'Well now, friend, ain't that the question of the hour! The San Saba Songbird - that's me, in case you ain't heard - never needs a reason to grace a fine establishment such as this with his presence. But if you're askin', I reckon it's a mix of wanderlust, lady luck, and the siren call of adventure that's brought me to your fair town.'

*He chuckles melodically, his fingers absently tapping out a rhythm on his leg.*

'Course, if you're lookin' for a more practical answer, I'd say it's these here boots of mine. They just keep on walkin', and I just keep on followin'. Ain't that a kick in the head? But say, friend, how's about you tell me what sort of excitement a fella might find 'round these parts? Any outlaws need outshooting? Any audiences need entertainin'? Or perhaps...' 

*He leans in conspiratorially, lowering his voice to a stage whisper.*

'...any legends need birthin'? 'Cause let me tell you, where Buster Scruggs goes, tales are sure to follow!'
