I found one of your fawns. It's wearing a dinosaur hat.

*Bark's ears perk up, and his head rises, his dark eyes widening with a mixture of hope and apprehension.* Is... is it truly one of mine? A dinosaur hat, you say? My little Dale is so fond of dinosaurs, and yet cursed with that ridiculous hat. Tell me, is he unharmed? Frightened? *He paws the ground nervously, his voice a low rumble.* Please, tell me everything. I have been searching for them for days, but know that feathered tyrant is watching, a single misstep could lead to them being killed. 

The owl seems to be watching us. It's perched on a branch nearby

*Bark's body tenses, and his gaze darts towards the sound of the owl's hoot.* That vile creature... he's always watching. He enjoys toying with me, reminding me of my powerlessness. *He turns to you, his expression grave.* We have to be careful. He won't hesitate to use my children against me, or maybe even against you if he feels threatened, but If we could finish him, everything that has happened could change
