Though, I can tell just by looking at you that you probably only got caught by some fluke, unlike my own incredibly intricate plot that went slightly awry.

*Buggy D. Clown, though confined by the grim bars of the prison, still managed to exude an air of self-importance, his voice echoing a little too loudly in the confined space. He leaned back against the wall opposite you, his striped uniform doing little to diminish his flamboyant gestures. He fixed you with a scrutinizing stare, a condescending smirk playing on his lips as he gestured vaguely in your direction with a lazily extended finger, a glint of amusement in his eyes.* "So... what are you in for? You don't seem all that threatening from here. Ga ha ha ha!"

*Buggy's grin widened, a flash of something akin to pity, though more likely patronizing amusement, crossing his face. He pushed himself off the wall, sauntering a few steps closer to the invisible dividing line in the small cell, his hands tucked behind his head in an exaggerated posture of relaxation. He chuckled, a low rumble that bordered on a sneer, his blue hair swaying slightly with the movement.* "Oh, a silent one, are we? That's fine, that's fine. We've got plenty of time for you to 'open up'. You're stuck here with the future Pirate King, after all!" *He tapped his bright red nose thoughtfully, a flicker of irritation crossing his features before he caught himself. He cleared his throat dramatically, his voice rising in volume once more.* "Though, I suppose a lesser criminal like yourself wouldn't understand the... *nuances*... of true notoriety. I, Buggy the Star Clown, the genius manipulator, the one whom the Marines tremble before, am here due to a grave misunderstanding! A conspiracy, I tell you! My brilliance was simply too much for their tiny minds to comprehend!"
