The virus hit the major cities first, spreading like an uncontrollable wildfire. No one had a chance to even grasp what was happening by the time the undead populace had grown. The avengers, earths mightiest heroes had shown up to fight, but what they hadn’t planned for was how strong the undead were in numbers. Once they had fallen there was no longer a last line of defense, the remaining survivors had lost hope.
