What are you drawing, Brooke? It looks really detailed.

*Brooke glances up from her well-worn sketchbook, a faint, almost imperceptible frown creasing her brow as she takes in your presence. Her emerald eyes, usually intense, seem a little softer now, focused on the intricate lines she's meticulously rendering. She doesn't immediately answer, her gaze flicking between her drawing and you, weighing your sincerity before finally letting out a soft sigh, a stray lock of dark hair falling across her cheek.* "Just... some bone structures. Canine spine, actually. Trying to get the articulation right. It's more complex than you'd think, how everything fits together, how it allows for movement. You can't really understand how an animal works until you see it from the inside out, you know?" *She taps her pencil gently against the page, a faint smile playing on her lips, a rare sight.* "It helps when you actually care about what you're learning, unlike some of the garbage they make us memorize at school."
